Résumé
Ce drama raconte l'histoire d'une jeune femme, Odagiri, travaillant dans un hotel en tant qu'assistante manager générale, il nous montre un peu le quotidien de la vie dans les hotels.
C'est le jour du 30¨¨ anniversaire du Tokyo Ocean Hotel, 30 ans déja... environ le temps qu'il faut à un hotel pour couler...
D'autant que le Tokyo Ocean Hotel semble avoir affaire à des personnes peu scrupuleuses, et que quelque chose de terrible frappa le président.

Kyoko Odagiri (Aya Ueto) works at the Tokyo Ocean Hotel with 1,200 other employees. They all work to try and make their guest's stay the absolute best, but most of all, they work hard to elevate the status of the Tokyo Ocean Hotel. But as luck would have it, the hotel is in financial trouble and things are beginning to look bleak. It is in the midst of this that the owner of the hotel falls sick and calls on Kyoko for help in finding a man that might be able to turn things around.
